Why do you need my email address to be a MeeVee Member?

We need your email address to create your customized account. When you register, you can access your MeeVee account from any computer. Plus, all your information is saved automatically, so you never need to worry about losing all your work. Register, it's free and we don't spam. You have nothing to lose.

Why am I being asked for my login and password every time I enter MeeVee?

If you disable Cookies on your machine, you will need to enter this information every time you enter MeeVee. If you don't want to enter this information each time, enable Cookies using your browser options.

What's the difference between a Guest and a Member?

Guests and Members both have complete access to MeeVee's key functions. Becoming a member gives you some extra benefits:

  • Access and manage My TV Listings from any computer
  • Export My TV Listings to your Blog or Myspace page
  • Get an RSS feed for My TV Listings
  • Receive My TV Listings via email
  • Choose an Avatar for My TV Listings
  • Write program reviews

All Guest information is stored on your computer in a small text file called a Cookie. If you delete your Cookies, or access MeeVee from another computer, your personal information will not be available. Registering to be a member is free, easy, and gives you access to everything MeeVee has to offer.

What if I don’t know my television service provider?

By entering your zip code in the registration area you will see a list of providers in your area. If you are unsure which provider is yours, search each listed provider and view the channel lineup by selecting it. Compare your channels to the channels offered by the selected provider. For example, if you get HBO on channel 24 and Showtime on 25, look for the provider that lists HBO and Showtime on 24 and 25 respectively.

How can I change my email, password, or Member information?

Change your personal information by clicking the "My Settings" link located in the top right corner, beneath the search box.

If you need to login and you can't remember your password, request a reminder at the login page.

What if I forget my email address?

Unfortunately, if you lose your email address you will have to set up a new account. Also remember, if you try to set up a new account and the system won't let you use that email address, maybe that's the one you set it up with originally
